The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and consists of 1 bedroom, hallway, living room/kitchen in one and a terrace of 8 sqm with beautiful views of Oslo and Oslofjorden. In addition, there is a sunny roof terrace that can be used if desired. Street parking. The apartment is in daily use. Personal items/clothing will be in the apartment.
