The property is located on an island just an 8-minute bus ride from Oslo Center. Boligen har en unik beliggenhet bare få meter fra Oslofjorden og bademuligheter. Det er kort veg til Oscarsborg fergeleie - Sundbrygga, Badeparken og Drøbak sentrum. Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

A very light, modern and spacious house, conveniently located near public transportation to easily get downtown or take a short 15 minute walk to Grünerløkka. Fire up the grill or have dinner on the roof balcony while enjoying the view of Oslo. A master bedroom and bath, two identical rooms with double beds and shared bathroom, and a single bed in the office space, there is plenty of place to sleep depending on your situation.
