Thanks to its location on the Slovenian border, the house is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, and the surrounding area invites you to cycling and hiking tours. Perfect for combining relaxation and active holidays.

Welcome to a quiet home that offers great views and privacy. Enjoy the indoor Jacuzzi or relax in the sauna, perfect for lounging. The house includes terraces with a view where you can relax in peace. We also offer EV charging (please let us know prior to arrival). Every item is designed to make your stay as comfortable and special as possible. We charge a supplement of €10 per use for car charging, allowing us to maintain a high quality of services.

A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is in a sunny location, with a view of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! Shopping facilities are available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.
