Excellent emplacement, plusieurs magasins & restaurants à 5mn à pieds avec une très bonne boulangerie pas loin. Maison très bien décorée & fonctionnelle. Nizar est une très bonne personne, très gentil & réactif du début à la fin et ça c’est très rare! Merci pour tout ❤️.

Madame Souad est était juste MAGNIFIQUE humainement et professionnellement! Elle a tout fait pour nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée ! Villa somptueuse, propreté éclatante, design de la villa très impressionnant avec le séjour rond vue sur piscine et cheminée et le jardin et arbres bien taillés en spirale. Merci beaucoup Madame Souad pour cette parenthèse enchantée 🙏

From the moment we arrived at Saoussen’s villa, we knew we had found a gem. The cleanliness of the accommodation was truly impressiv, the entire space felt thoughtfully maintained. You can tell the hosts take pride in offering a hygienic and welcoming environment. Speaking of the hosts, they were incredibly reachable and responsive throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed. The accommodation itself was stunning—beautifully designed with charming details, tasteful decor, and a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every detail, from the lighting to the outdoor spaces, created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay longer. Great and spacious place. Great location, Olfa is an awesome communicator as well. I recommend a few improvements such as including a floor tug at the bathroom, coffee and sugar in the kitchen. Thank you for your hospitality

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luca’s place! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny days. The outdoor area was well-maintained, ideal for both lounging and entertaining. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place was awesome, the view was captivating and Boris was an awesome communicator, we had some emergency that emerged from our part and he was ready to work with us and help us with checking out, I am definitely coming back for this ! Thank you for the awesome stay.

Great spot and extremely quiet in a very busy La Marsa town. The place is in a private enclosed compound with many houses around and lots of green spaces. It feels like being in the country side despite being in the heart of town. Felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend!

Bonsoir, Alors en ce qui concerne la Villa, elle est magnifique! Les chambres et toutes les pièces sont spacieuses, elle est aménagée comme si il y vivait dedans du coup elle fait pas vide. L’extérieur et d’autant plus jolie. Extrêmement bien illuminé avec des jeux de lumières sublimes la nuit. Piscine spacieuse, profonde, avec son toboggan et ses plongeoirs et surtout la cascade! Jardin avec gazon propre et bien équipé (table, jolie BBQ, balançoire…) En ce qui concerne Nabil, une personne accueillante, serviable! J’ai rien à dire sur la location de cette villa, je recommande même! (J’ai même pris une nuitée de plus tellement nous y étions a l’aise)

Had a great stay, villa is beautiful and looks better than the pictures. The host was very accommodating and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend and will definately be visiting again.

I can’t explain how amazing these people are. They looked after me so well. Offered me drinks, dinner. The house was amazing and looked better than the pictures. They let me host a small birthday gathering for my girlfriend which I was so appreciative of. If I ever return I will definitely stay at this place again. The food was amazing. The house was so clean and there was everything I needed. I cannot thank them enough I would highly recommend

Magnifique villa. La villa est bien plus belle que sur les photos elle et grand avec ascenseur à l’intérieur plusieurs salle de bain . Elle est vraiment vraiment très grande et près de tous les commerces et lieux touristiques. L’hôte est très gentille et réactive elle résout tous le problème souci rapidement. La décoration de la maison très bien décorée , le confort vraiment impeccable. La terrasse immense pour vos soirée chaud avec une belle vie . Franchement la villa vaut vraiment le prix proposer je la relouerai avec plaisir si je retourne dans cette zone . Merci à madame olfa car j’ai louer sa maison le jour même j’avais louer une villa chez un autre hôte qui était sale obliger d’annuler cette location jetait avec mes enfant à la rue tard le soir madame olfa a fait le nécessaire rapidement pour que sa villa soit opérationnel pour nous alors qu’elle était à l’étranger . Et je regrette pas d’avoir annuler la première celle ci était vraiment mille fois plus belle et au même prix .

The villa itself exceeded our expectations, especially when we discovered there were 4 suites instead of the 3 mentioned, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The house is lovely. The top floor has been remodeled and looks wonderful. The ground level floor, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and dining room were lovely. Kitchen cabinets need work - they were damaged. A few small things ... the small coffee pot that uses pods didn't work, the basement level was unusable due to smell of fresh paint(it was fine the day before we left) and we could have used more towels. An extra set of keys would have been helpful. Otherwise - extremely quiet and peaceful area and very spacious home. Thank you Tarek.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette grande maison! Spacieuse et très bien équipée, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. La piscine privée sans vis à vis est un vrai plus, idéale pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. La localisation est parfaite : la maison est située dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités (supermarchés, restaurants, cafés) et à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Un excellent point de départ pour découvrir La Marsa, Sidi Bou Saïd et les environs. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le jardin, la terrasse ensoleillée, les nombreuses sdb ainsi que la cuisine entièrement équipée. Ma mère et ma tante se sont senties comme chez elle. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. Je recommande cette maison sans hésiter pour des vacances paisibles et réussies au bord de la mer !

Très bon weekend dans la très belle maison d’Aicha. La maison en réalité est encore plus belle que les photos. Aicha a été très accueillante et a fait en sorte que notre arrivée soit très facile. Enfin, Moussa qui garde la maison est adorable. La maison est peu loin des quartiers dynamiques mais tout se fait très bien en taxis aux tarifs très abordables.

Nous avons passé un beau week-end ! La résidence est très agréable, calme et sécurisée. Idéalement située dans Gammarth. Encore merci à Mehdi qui a été super, sympathique, accueillant, arrangeant et réactif. On garde l’adresse et on recommande vivement 👍🏼

Nous avons adoré le quartier dans lequel se situe le Airbnb. Sa décoration traditionnelle nous met directement dans l'ambiance et est très chaleureuse. Le Airbnb est calme et reposant. Merci !

logement cosy, agréable à vivre, propre chaleureux, calme, fonctionnel, avec une petite piscine pour faire trempette ce qui est agréable en cas de chaleur. Proche de toutes commodités. Je recommande pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.
