Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Shopping within walking distance, and 30 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center

This unique residence has panoramic views of Køge Bay with a view of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is a large private beach area and a nice jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor total 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/open space/living room, two bedrooms, a closet hallway, and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking is available both upstairs and downstairs on the property.

Køge is located at a distance of 10 km, which is definitely worth a visit, with good restaurants

There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. Huset indeholder entre, stort rum med køkken, spisebord og stue med 140 cm sovesofa, badeværelse, indbygget garderobe og lille soveværelse med 120 cm seng. Huset har plads til 4 personer (2 personer på sovesofa i stuen, og 2 personer på 1½ mandsseng i soveværelset), men fungerer bedst til 2-3 pers. Desværre ikke et handicapvenligt hus.
