There are many nice things in our area. Not least all the nice Dala villages, fishing in the river, the beautiful mushroom forest, hiking, paddling, biking, etc. Avesta Golf is "our neighbor" and you have the golf course at a convenient distance from the property. In summer, we recommend "Verket" and "Avesta Art" where you can experience the magical mix of history, art and modern technology. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Slappna av i detta lugna boende och njut av sjöutsikt och natur. Här bor du i en helt nybyggd enplansvilla med stora fönsterpartier och gigantiska skjutdörrar mot sjön. Huset har en braskamin och golvvärme i hela huset. Huset har 3 sovrum och 1 rum med bäddsoffa. Vardagsrum och kök i öppen planlösning med fantastisk utsikt. Huset har en terass på ca 75 m2 varav en del är en mysig uteplats under tak. Kanadensare finns och man kan bada från tomten. 7 minuter bort finns en fin strand.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.
