My apartment has a beautiful view of the sea. It is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony with a beautiful view, 400 MB Wi-Fi that allows you to work remotely, a private barbecue, glass walls, a living and dining room integrated with the kitchen, natural lighting in all rooms, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room. Everything is well maintained. Building with only 10 units. I have a hobby box on the ground floor with beach equipment and space for a bike. And best of all: it's 25 m from the beach!!! New mattresses

Very close to the beach, including the view. The apartment is spacious on the first floor, so you have to climb two flights of stairs. It comfortably accommodates six guests. The garage is shared, but if you prefer, there is an uncovered free space. The balcony also has access from the next door neighbor. The barbecue is for the common use of the building.
