It is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony with a beautiful view, 400 MB Wi-Fi that allows you to work remotely, a private barbecue, glass walls, a living and dining room integrated with the kitchen, natural lighting in all rooms, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room. Everything is well maintained. Building with only 10 units. I have a hobby box on the ground floor with beach equipment and space for a bike. And best of all: it's 25 m from the beach!!! New mattresses
