Suren is great host, everything was as described in the listing. Big yard and empty space. You can park on the territory. He is very friendly and well managed. This place is highly recommended.

IF YOU’RE READING THIS PLEASE COME STAY HERE! I was fortunate to meet a friend from Norway at a vipassana meditation retreat in America who had been here and told me about it. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had and a true gem of Nepal. Kamal, his wife Goma and family instantly welcomed me into their family. I had initially booked for 4 nights not sure what to expect and ended up staying for 12 and I really wanted to stay longer. This place attracts a certain kind of person and I met some beautiful new friends from America and Europe who I really bonded with over the 12 days. From the breathtaking hikes, truly authentic and homegrown meals, intimate meditation/yoga classes every morning and the most peaceful, idyllic atmosphere you could ever dream of, I’m already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay in the future. Thank you Kamal and family, you are wonderful!

A great place. Just what we wanted. The cottage - is not very old. Yet it is built in local fashion with local materials but with all modern 'living amenities' as listed. In keeping with the mountain terrain it is built at 'levels. 'Full of knick knacks, a fire place & so on.... All this gives it a very cosy , yet rustic feel, very authentic & lovable. The cottage does not have a 'living room', but that is compensated by the large verandah overlooking the property. Grand views all day. the owners were present in their other house on the property. Very friendly yet not intrusive. One does not expect such help full caretakers in a airbnb. The caretaker cum househelp cum handyman Mr. Bobby Singh who is on hand 24/7 is a gem. he cleans, cooks, advises(if asked). Plus there is Mr. Anand Singh who takes care of the 'grounds' of the property, who helps in procuring groceries & stuff. Two people to help !!! Almost like a serviced resort . We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at this property. The house itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained, while the location offered truly breathtaking views. The property manager took care of all our meals, which were freshly prepared and delicious. Our stay was incredibly relaxing, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. It is indeed a very beautiful place with amazing views. The Owner and the Caretaker Mr Pawan were both a amazing host. Though the owner always took care of the request without any hesitation, the care taker was such an amazing person and so helpful that i totally felt like home. Lastly the property has amazing views of the lake from the deck and lawn. Would love to visit again

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful place. The garden and outdoor lawn are gorgeous, and so is the cottage. One wakes up with the chirping of the birds. Even though it is located just off the main road, it is still very quiet and serene. There are short treks around through some beautiful forests. Bahadur, the caretaker is super helpful with everything.

We loved the house and location and we would rent again. I guess it is normal to charge for each amenity within the home-extra for pool heating, extra to use the hot tub, extra to use the grill ect…..also, there is a mandatory resort fee. Just budget for all the extras when you book.

Wow! This has been an awesome memorable experience. Meena aunty is fabulous. She is a perfect host who takes care of your needs and fulfills it. Her apartment is perfectly located to enjoy nature and breathtaking view of mountains and river. On top of it is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. There's pretty much everything that you need and rest is a phone call away. Something which makes this experience ultra special is Meena aunty's personal touch. She makes you feel comfortable and treats you like family ( lot of care). During your stay she will keep checking if you need anything. Both Meena aunty and Mr Anand were superb. I felt special and would like to return again . Thank you

It is a wonderful, spacious (with private balconies in all the rooms) and a safe place to stay with 24 hours security inside a gated apartment buildings. The place is centrally located in a good neighborhood of Kathmandu. The hosts were very responsive and friendly and provided us with other help (cook/cleaner) while we stayed there. I would certainly take this place again for my next visit to Kathmandu. Regards AG

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Pramod dai is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The villa is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible away from the hustle bustle and dust from the city but still within reach (private or hired car highly recommended for daily transport to and from villa to city) with beautiful views. Pramod dai had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our one week comfortable and memorable. Thanks Pramod dai for a wonderful week!
