One of the best place to stay.The place had a proper kitchen with four burners unlike many places where they will keep an induction only.Internet was great also TV was logged in with all OTT subscriptions. The view was beautiful. Cafes were on a walking distance even the cafés would come to deliver. All the appliances were working properly. The place was very neat and clean

Had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cosy, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. Communication by the host (Sunil) was proactive, smooth and prompt, giving all the information you'll ever need - Exactly what you'd want for a first-time visitor. The homestay is in a great neighbourhood with access to local attractions, you'll have to drive a bit, though. The forests around are scenic, which I believe would look equally amazing throughout the year. Overall, my family and I especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the authentic local experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Majkhali and Ranikhet and enjoy genuine hospitality!

Beautifully maintained property….. a home away from home …. Had planned a short trip with family including my parents. Everyone loved the place. Best thing ….very centrally located property nearby all major attractions Rahul ji was always available on call and helpful with suggesting itineraries. Kavita ji the caretaker is an awesome cook and a great caretaker, any issue or question was resolved proactively. All in all a wholesome experience. Would love to stay again if visiting nearby. P.S = loved the deck and the swing , paradise for gardening lovers

It was a wonderful stay. We really felt at home enjoying delicious home food. View from the property is like a natural canvas especially in night with glittering stars over gorgeous naukuchia taal is mesmerising. Col Sanjay and his wife are so humble and welcoming, especially Mrs Reena who’s artistic taste can be noticed as soon as you step on the property. Thank you for making our 10th anniversary a memorable one. my toddler and pet really had a fun time without restrictions.The variety of plantations in the property are astounding, plant lovers will be mesmerised here for sure, as my wife.

Had a most enjoyable stay in the flat which is quite close to Agra Airport. It catered for all my needs and the use of the washing machine was much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen with a four burner gas stove top, large fridge and all cutlery and crockery required. Especially liked the water filter, two bottles of cold water and fresh milk in the fridge on my arrival. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.

A beautiful escape from the bustling no city, felt like this was one of the best options to go to. A great property and great caretakers catering to your every need. Especially since I went with my furry friend, with whom even caretakers did not have a problem with even though he got a little anxious in a new place. The property is well situated far from the busy lansdowne which makes it more peaceful and isolated to stay at. The food prepared was great, felt just like home. We stayed for 3 nights at Pokhra and last night was at NS and was certainly the best . Had we came across the property before we would have stayed for all three nights at NS. It is a recommended property for a family trip or for a group of friends. Enjoyed the pool. The staff were friendly. Thanks team NS and look forward to stay there again in the future.

The location was perfect. 4 out of 5 bedrooms were lake facing with no obstruction. The care taker (Mr Bhagwan ji) was a great host and took care of all our needs immediately. He was professio nal and well spoken. There were minor issues with geyser heater etc but he made sure to get things resolved promptly. Mr Vijay joshi also greeted us personally and made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable one.

Amazing & memorable stay. We stayed at newly built 4 BR villa in Oct end. Liked: 1. Close proximity to Delhi/NCR, still being located within the hills and away from hustle bustle of city. 2. Nicely done up rooms / full villa. 3. Food quality, quantity and variety, especially the positive & humble behavior of service personnel. Cant stop mentioning always smiling & striving to serve "Chandan". 4. The lawns & gazebo alongwith games/sports facilities. 5. The trek with immaculately planned evening tea & snacks on site. Amazing experience it was. 6. Personal involvement by the top guy "Shrey" himself. Overall not less than 4.5 stars out of 5. Kudos to BB team.

I along with my friends had a very smooth stay at Oikos. Although our stay was very short just for few hours and had to check-in at late night or you can say early morning around 2 am but Vaibhav made sure that it is smooth. Excellent place with a great view. Quiet and open surroundings, greenery, ample parking, easy access to restaurant with delivery to the villa. Special mention for Sunil ji who was exceptional in service and very cheerful. Was available till late in the night for providing amenities.

The property was as advertised, far from city croud. Make sure to download offline maps to reach there coz no Airtel signal there only jio and bsnl. The caretaker was available for cleanup. The Pool was clean and functional. However there should be a partition between pools the adjacent property have similar layout and no partition in between so not so private pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities so cook as you feel. There was inverter and wifi but during my stay the inverter was not working hence during powercut no backup was available.
