My house is located on the street for shopping near the subway station. You can get to many clothing shops, food restaurants, dessert&coffee shops and pubs easily. But it's quite silent neighborhood at the night time. it takes only 3min from HONG-IK Univ station by walking.

This accommodation has a separate entrance and includes a kitchen and a private bathroom. It is ideal for 1 person, but it can host up to 2 people if requested. The main house, where I live with other guests, also has a dog and a cat. If you love animals, you're welcome to come play with them. I often host gatherings with guests, and you're welcome to join if you're interested. If you prefer privacy, that will be respected.
