It's good to take a walk in front of the accommodation early in the morning with your dog, and it's close to the sea and lake, so you can get anywhere quickly. The inside and outside of the accommodation have completely different atmospheres, so when you enter, there is a comfortable charm that makes you not want to go out. There is a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a 24-hour unmanned cafe on the first floor, so laundry during the summer vacation is OK!! Ah & Tia is always OK when it's urgent~😊 There is a large E-Mart 10 minutes away by car, Nonghyup Hanaro Mart is 1 minute away by car, and there is a 24-hour convenience store right next to the accommodation, which is a tremendous advantage to shop to your liking~^^ Chodang Sundubu Village and Food Village/Anmok Coffee Street/Gangmun Beach/Gyeongpo Beach can all be reached within 5-8 minutes by car~! An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. I hope you enjoy your trip as if you have lived in this neighborhood for a long time.

It is used as a single house, and both children and dogs can play freely in the spacious lawn yard. It can accommodate up to 6 people and pets are allowed. Additional charges of 10,000 KRW per person will be incurred for more than 5 people. If you come to the alley on the right side of the accommodation from the entrance of the village, there is a large parking lot at the back door. There are a total of 3 rooms, 1 toilet, and a living room, and a large parking lot, lawn, and outdoor barbecue are available even in rainy weather. A cauldron is provided for meals. Please let us know in advance if you want to use it. We will prepare it for your convenience. The entire building is divided into two sections, and can be separated by an intermediate chassis and used independently. As it is a little away from the city center, you can spend a quiet and peaceful time with your family, colleagues, and friends. It is located 10 minutes by car from Jukdo Beach, a major tourist destination, and 10 minutes from Jumunjin Seafood Market, so there will be no major problems considering the schedule or preparing the necessary items.
