We rehabilitated this old farmhouse with the desire to keep its charms and an asset of comfort in our 4 bedrooms. From the house you have access to the hiking trails. Between lake and mountain, a peaceful place with a hot tub and exceptional 180° views! Your spacious room features a 160 bed, TV and desk. The bathroom and separate toilet are on the same floor, which is dedicated to you. Linens provided. On the ground floor, breakfast (+€9/pers.) is served on the veranda, particularly pleasant, or on the terrace. In the evening, you can have shared access to the kitchen, living room with TV and fireplace, as well as the terrace.

I offer a nice room (160 bed) with a large bathroom (located in front of the room). In the morning, a hearty breakfast (with supplement) can be offered in the dining room or in your room, depending on your desire. In good weather, it can be taken on the terrace. This accommodation is located in the city center, close to shops, ski lifts, buses, the old town, the swimming pool, and the train station. You can enjoy Briançon on foot.

Our house, located in a green setting, at the foot of hiking trails and very close to the Route Napoléon, will seduce you for a stopover during your vacation or for a weekend in the mountains. The view of Lake Sautet or of its Majesty Obiou will leave you with a very good memory. You can also taste the dishes offered at the table d'hôte if you let us know a little in advance. A closed garage is available for bikes or motorcycles.

Our farm is located in the hamlet of Les Richards with a dominant position and a superb panorama of the valley. From the house, enjoy walks, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing and relaxing moments in the garden on the deckchairs or garden furniture.
