House holiday rentals in Garapan

Such an amazing time! When I arrived, Shey gave me a quick tour of the place and the lay of the land. The unit was great: modern w/all of the amenities you could want and access to an infinity pool w/a fantastic view. It was perfectly located within a few minutes drive of the island’s main town, but still secluded, quiet, and peaceful. Highly recommend if you’re in Saipan - great hosts and great place to stay!

ANOTHER stay at Marvic's......that in itself should sum it all up. Highly recommend this place. If you're looking for quiet, relaxing, clean, and a GREAT view of Saipan lagoon, this is your place! Oh, and the price is worth your stay too :) Location is also literally 3-5mins away from nearest store to purchase food/supplies and/or places to dine out. Marivic is a very hospitable Host and most accommodating. She allowed us to check in early to our Unit.

부모님 모시고 여행이라 밥이 걱정되어 어느정도 해먹을수 있고 독채에 방 여러개 화장실 여러개인 숙소를 찾았습니다. 매우 넓고 화장실많고 외부에 수도도 있고 뒷편 마당도 있고 휴양하기에 적합한 나라 적합한 숙소였다고 생각됩니다 😍 다음번엔 3부부로 해서 놀러갈까합니다 ㅎㅎ 부모님도 해외다시시면서 호텔보다 이런곳이 더 낫다고 좋아하시네요!

We booked Avery's Blue House for a work trip for 4 of our survey crew members here at TG Engineers. The crew noted that they were comfortable at this air bnb and had no issues. We hope book with Raena again for future work trips to Tinian.

Don and Marivic were absolutely amazing hosts! The home was perfect, comfortable, and spacious! We also got a surprised bonus of Turon (banana lumpia) from one of the groundskeepers. Amazing service. Will not only rent again, but we will also tell our friends! Thank you and Si Yuus Maase Don and Marivic!!

We loved it! 🫶🏼 We had an amazing stay at the Pit. We were able to enjoy peace and quiet as well as host small group of family and friends. Everything was made available on property. I’m excited to share the availability of this space with others who travel to Saipan. We would definitely come back to stay here. Thanks so much to Edwin!

총 10명의 인원이 너무 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 방 하나하나 넓은 화장실과 욕실이 딸려 있고 침구류도 깨끗하고 쾌적 했어요. 넓은 주방이 있어 자유롭게 음식도 전부 해먹었구요. 덕분에 식대를 아낄수도 있었습니다. (사이판 음식이 짠 편이라 매번 사먹기 힘들었는데 이게 정말 좋았어요.) 호스트가족이 바로 옆에 거주 해서 필요한것이 있으면 바로바로 소통이 가능합니다. 메인 하우스를 빌리면 차량도 한대는 무료이고 인원이 많아 작은차를 아주 저렴한 가격으로 한대더 빌려 주셨어요. 숙소가격이 비싼듯 했지만 차량렌트를 생각하면 전혀~ 나쁘지 않았고 무엇보다 모든 일행들이 너무나도 만족스러워 했습니다. 5박 6일동안 정말 좋은 추억을 만들고 왔습니다. 매일밤 찾아오는 꼬마 호스트도 너무 귀여워요 ㅎㅎ 사이판 4번째 여행이었는데 그중 최고 였습니다. 다음번에 다시 간다면 무조건 여기로 다시갑니다. 시내와도 가까워서 마트등을 가기에도 너무 좋아요!
