Our house is lovingly and modernly furnished. The garden is spacious with a beautiful fire pit and swing and trampoline for the little ones. A new gas grill and lounge furniture are available on the covered patio area. The highlight is the large whirlpool on the covered terrace. One bedroom is already equipped with an orthopedic sleeping system based on a box spring bed and from around March 1st we will be offering an orthopedic WATERBED as an additional highlight for our guests suffering from back pain. Our small house, furnished with a lot of love for detail, with a terrace and a natural garden, is located in the immediate vicinity of Lake Steinhude. The kitchen and bathroom are functionally equipped; a vacation like staying with friends – “perfectly imperfect” and ideal for couples or groups of three. Just a few minutes away by BIKE, you can reach the bakery, linen factory, swimming island, promenade, boat rentals, cafes & restaurants. Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.
