Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Garden City

Arnoldo's home was a great environment for my family to gather after my graduation. the space felt open, homey, and safe especially for my toddler. The kitchen had everything and more provided to cook an enjoyable dinner while lounging in pool. Response time for questions was quick and timely. I would stay here again and recommend his stay to anyone looking to have a fun relaxing time spent with friends or family.

We loved our stay at Carlos & Marci's place. The location is perfectly located between Savannah and Tybee Island so there is so much to do. The beds are all comfortable and the back deck was wonderful for coffee in the morning. We will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! 10 minutes to downtown and 30 minutes to the beach. It was the perfect location!

It’s a nice family home. Love the location, it was near everything. Restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores. Home had a full kitchen with essentials we got to cook at home. It felt like home. Sofia was amazing, answered all the questions I had, super quick to respond and really friendly. Made me feel like I was specking with a long time friend. I would highly recommend. Beach was 45ish min drive - downtown Savannah about 20ish. No traffic yet everything we needed for personal things was 5-10min drive. Love this home! Highly highly recommend.

Amanda and Drew’s place was super cute with a great location. They were very thorough with their instructions and gave great recommendations for things to do in Savannah. I would absolutely recommend staying there!

This suite is located in a very quiet neighborhood walkable to anywhere in the Historic district. Lots of hot water and great water pressure (not always available in Savannah rentals) Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Loved all of the artwork on display in this first floor suite/1 bedroom apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

This location is a gem. It’s in the center for walkability to important locations or cheap to take a lift or uber. Forsyth park is right at your fingertips. The apartment had every thing we needed. The host was quickly responsive at any hour of the day. The price was affordable. We loved it!!

Winnie’s Cottage was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The owner stocked the place with everything we could possibly need and then some. It was perfect for our weekend getaway and we would definitely return.

I stayed at the Peach House in May of 2025 with my two children and my parents. The two separate bathrooms were a real draw for us, and I loved being so close to Forsyth Park. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs and the outside space was wonderful for my morning yoga. We brought two cars, so I inquired about street parking. Just be aware that it's possible you'll need to parallel park on the uneven brick road that runs in front of the house if you need more than the one provided parking spot. The large closet in the en-suite bedroom was great for bags so you could have more floor space. My 11-year-old daughter loved the day bed. Shower pressure was good, and between the windows and kitchen lights, it was a well-lit space.

Our second time here, still our favorite Airbnb! We know the location and still find new restaurants to try, love the feel of the water, the quiet nights, and the privacy. Great host! The place is always clean. Easy to access, and makes useful equipment easy to locate. We will always push to come here!

Sarah’s place was brilliantly located, and enabled us to walk to all the spots we wanted to in Savannah! The carriage house was a lovely unique place to stay and we felt right at home. Sarah was very quick to respond when we had difficulty operating the shower (completely our fault and resolved very promptly), and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future!

I stayed here for a summer road trip from Atlanta. My boyfriend and I wanted a relaxing place, close to Savannah and Tybee beach and this was perfect, in a cute and peaceful neighborhood. Mary Ellen was a great host, checked in on us, had a handy kitchen area with keurig, fridge, and yum muffins. The bed and shower were awesome, very spacious with clean towels. The place had warmth and style in the hosts’ choice of decor and photos (just like the pictures) and we felt right at home. Mary Ellen checked in on us multiple times and was a very responsive host. I was on a break but I can imagine the office area being very useful for someone who’s traveling and also needing to handle some work. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the host was super flexible during the thunderstorm and I can tell that she wants to accommodate her guests and is a genuine and caring person. I love Savannah as a city and if I had another visit in the area sometime I would probably look to stay here aga

Great place for our quick beach getaway. Gina was quick to respond and offered great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Tybee is a great family oriented beach. We had a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Mike and Sarah’s condo! Location was easy to access and very close to Forsyth park (easy walk), which is why we booked since we were in town for a wedding. Street was quiet and very picturesque, and we got around easy either driving or using Lyft. Condo was quiet and clean, normal amount of street noise for an old building. We had no complaints!

This place was exactly as described and in an amazing location! It was so convenient to explore the different districts and feel like a local! Brendan was incredibly responsive and had an incredible list of recommendations while we were there!

We had a great time, home was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable and very easy walk to the beach. Communication was great, would definitely stay here again when we return!

We loved our stay here, it’s a great location on the beach, we like this area of the island as it doesn’t seem as crowded. The resort is nice and has different activities going on, we love having the poolside bar area and ice cream stand right there. The place itself was nice, clean, made good use of space. Kids loved the hall bunks. Very easy to check in and out.

We loved the location! Far Enough from the tourist area that we didn’t hear tons of noise but close enough to walk. There is a Kroger really close in case you need groceries or a snack.

Sarah's place is so beautiful- smells fantastic btw! Complete amenities with wifi, tv, kitchen with snacks and drinks, king-sized beds (my favorite and really comfortable), sofa inside the bedroom and in the living room, and also soft pillows. I love how cozy the place is and it's close to a lot of great restaurants and most importantly, the trolley! We only had one day to explore and this place made it all worth it. Saved so much time to be able to explore everything we wanted to go and do. Even if it rained, still, everything was perfect timing and we were able to experience all the fun stuff Savannah has to offer. I definitely recommend this place especially if you want convenience, safety, and quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The location is an easy walk to Forsyth Park. Easy, short drive to historic district or areas near River street. Beds are very comfortable. Loved that there is a washer and dryer. Great kitchen!
