Holiday rentals with beach access in Utah

Dan was a great host. We needed a place for a few months for a work project and Dan was super accomodating with our schedule and he would communicate extremely fast. Great host, would stay at his place again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ideal Beach location. The condo is ground level which makes coming and going really easy. We had 2 kids under the age of 2 so having the pool, beach, playground, and large lawn space were all nice amenities that we used. The place itself was clean and well maintained with several parts including the kitchen and bathroom that have been recently updated. Probably the only complaint is the beach at this resort was a bit rough and required walking through a rocky area to get into the water so definitely recommend water shoes if you have sensitive feet.

As a group who travels multiple times a year for ski trips across the west and Midwest region, I can confidently say that we unanimously agreed on Brian being one of the absolute best, and most accommodating Airbnb hosts we’ve had yet! Brian went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing , including some last minute changes to our plans which he was more than happy to (and very generously) assist with! The home was clean, spacious, modern, and in an amazing location. Brian was clear, communicative, and readily available to assist at any moment during our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and absolutely will be looking to stay here again!

Favorite place I’ve stayed at and Bear Lake. Within five minutes of almost everything. Mykol was very responsive and respectful. The place was beautiful. I also enjoyed that it was away from the Moore hotel area and on the top floor. No noise heard.

We loved our stay! Utah lake was literally right across the street. The view was beautiful, the house was gorgeous, and super quiet and clean. Alex was very responsive and helpful! Will definitely come stay again. Saratoga springs is a must see and staying at Alex’s allowed us to see everything we wanted in close proximity.

We had an amazing time in Adams appartment. It was spacious, clean, freshly painted and the carpet was spotless. Adam is very accomodating and everything you might need is in the appartment or Adam will bring it. It was pretty cold weather but inside we could make it warm with (wall)heaters and a fire in the fire place. The appartment is close to a lot of stuff to see and do. The direct surroundings of the appartment are really quiet, but there are some neighbours that have a lot of old junk in their yards which make the area look a bit shabby. We however felt save in the appartment so we won't hesitate to go again if we are in the area. Thanks Adam!

Mary's lake shack was very comfortable and a great base for several beach days. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The arcade game was fun for my kids and me. I had a few questions during our stay and Mary responded right away. Overall, we had a great time and appreciate Mary for sharing her space.

My 3rd time staying here—this time with my 80 year old parents. This thoughtfully and artistically crafted space and landscape was perfect for all three stays. Handmade fiber art, paintings and collage are featured throughout the home. Large windows framed in natural wood bring in the 360 degree view of the Virgin landscape. If you sleep on the pullout sofa on the lower level, you fall asleep viewing a million stars in the night sky! Sunrise and sunset are also spectacular. Just outside the door (no steps to climb from parking place to door) you can walk down a path to the Virgin River and along the way see lizards, quail, an apricot tree, cacti, hummingbirds, rabbits, and desert flora. The little neighborhood is also walkable. Walking sticks are provided as is a sweet dog you can walk if you’d like. Excellent coffee available about 15 minutes away in Laverkin at River Rock Roaster’s drive thru (pizza, salads, baked goods and sandwiches are at the main location. The hosts are FANTASTIC

This was our second stay at Kevin's beautiful home in Manila. We stayed in July last year and June, this year to enjoy the majesty of Flaming Gorge. The home is large enough to accommodate our sizable family. We haul jet skis, a pontoon boat and speed boat and there is plenty of room in front of the garage to hold the vehicles and trailers. We love that Kevin's place is pet friendly with a separate gated section for our dogs. The house is always spotless with large bedrooms and lots of places to relax. We prefer the main deck that overlooks the town and lake in the background. We end up eating dinner on the deck every night. It's the best spot for morning coffee and to unwind in the evening. An absolutely magnificent home! We'll be back next year.

We have gone to Bear Lake Twice a year every year for the last 15 years. It is our favorite vacation spot. This house was our absolute favorite and the best house we have stayed in, in all 15 years. We will ABSOLUTELY go there again, and it was worth every single penny. I can not say enough good things about this rental, fully stocked for cooking, plenty of room for our large group and lots of space for activities, I can't wait to stay there again.

Angela is so friendly and helpful and her lake house is beyond beautiful. Truly don’t have a bad thing to say about our time there. Angela provides anything you would need for a comfortable stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay so much we would love to visit annually, this is a place where core family memories are made.

House was perfect for my family of 5. Felt like home with all amenities, cleanliness and comfort. The house is perfect! Felt very safe. Very close to 2 beautiful pools Also very close to grocery stories and restaurants. We also visited Zion National park, Bryce Canyon and Page, Arizona from this house. Rick was a very responsive host with great recommendations and support when needed. We knew if we had any concerns that he would have been eager to help us. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and perfect! We had plenty of space and we were close to everything! The best part was the access to Ideal Resort Beach! Our family already asked to go back!

We had a great time- the place was quiet, clean and comfy with a great view of the town, valley and ski slopes- quick walk into Solitude Mountain village with access to the Solitude Club. Look forward to staying there again!

I picked this place for my birthday because I wanted a peaceful getaway, and it totally delivered! The house was gorgeous, fully equipped, and spotless. We spent the day playing board games and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back!

Really relaxing spot!

Great place, spacious, modern and spotless clean. Very convenient for skiing at Deer Valley, through the Jordanelle gondola. Only downside is the lack of food options in the immediate surroundings.

What an absolutely amazing stay! Ideal beach was incredible and has so many amenities. Leann was responsive, helpful, and kind. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the wonderful activities ideal beach had! The space was clean, comfortable, and had fantastic extras such as movies and games. Our kids had a magical time and we can't wait to return again!

This place was as described. We got a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. The bed was almost too comfortable if that’s a thing. It felt like a giant hug. I sprained my ankle the day of our reservation and the resort staff was also very accommodating for me. The condo had just what we needed if we needed it. The resort had just reopened their newly renovated adult swimming area and that was nice. Draft burger bar served a decent margarita and burger. I would say it’s easy to get lost in this resort if you’re not paying attention 🤭. All in all a great experience and would book again!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve used over 10 years of ski trips to Snowbasin. Plenty of space for family of 4. Well stocked, including hand warmers and foot warmers included for use!
