I have stayed here numerous times it’s our favorite Airbnb .location is perfect for Disneyland and Angels stadium..easy walk to downtown Orange ..neighborhood is quiet and safe

This is a great 2 bedroom in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and restaurants and a quick drive to Balboa Island. The car ferry was a fun, old fashioned activity! Would love to come back!

Love their place! It’s was perfect and pet friendly. John and Candy were amazing hosts and very responsive. It was very clean. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. I will absolutely be back.

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jacob’s space. It was three blocks from downtown and very easy to move around the area. They were wonderful host house was ex extraordinarily comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was cozy without feeling crap. We have plenty of room to unpack and plenty of room to move around. We had breakfast either in the dining area or out on the front patio every morning.

First time in california and felt right at home. There’s so much to do around the area and we visited LA frequently throughout our stay. Sarah was super sweet and friendly, she let us drop off our luggage earlier than our check in time and gave us a mini tour of the beautiful guesthouse along with its amenities. We felt super comfortable and right at home. 10/10 would highly recommend.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

This place was super cozy and looked exactly like the listing. Loved how water and ice was provided and there were many kitchen items available for use.

Lovely place! Looks better in person and has a real homey feel to it, which makes you instantly comfortable. It also smelled really good upon entry which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

This was my family and I first time staying at an AirBnB. It was a great experience. My children loved the animal end tables. The space was a nice size for us and I especially loved the private side yard and entrance. I will stay again.

Great location and stay. Amazing shower! The only challenge was a little challenging to find the entrance from the back alley. Not Ryan's fault, and they tried hard to describe in the directions. Just know you have to go around to the back alley to gain entrance to the compact one car garage, which is the entry point to the main entrance. There is a three bedroom home upfront at the same location, which is NOT this studio unit. Anyway, once we figured all of that out, it was smooth sailing. Ryan did a great job of over communicating and was proactive. Would stay there again.

This stay was very comfortable and felt like I was right at home. We stayed the night after a long day at Disneyland and the shower and bathroom were amazing. The linens were very soft and comfortable. The coffee machine was a plus! We loved staying here and will definitely book again when we visit again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

It was the perfect place for my mom, my sister and I. It had everything you will need. The place is private and quiet, there was a lot of parking in the street. We were able to cook and everything works. They provided you with some food like coffee ☕️ and super nice decorated.

This spot was just what I needed for this trip! Leticia was very good at communicating for check in and made it known I could easily contact her if there was any issues. The accomodation was lovely, comfortable and felt very homely. I was very happy with this stay and I’ll happily stay here again. Leticia and her husband are gorgeous and their puppies are the cutest! Nice place for a couple. About 10 minutes from Disney land and Devin is super quick to respond. Got everything you need and spacious.

Kim’s place was beautifully, and artistically decorated. The greens and oool made for a lovely quiet setting. It was spacious, clean and kitchen was well stocked. We loved being there!

We stayed at Guadalupe’s place for 10 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles. In our opinion, the location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet conveniently situated for getting anywhere we needed to go. Guadalupe and her co-hosts were communicative, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip to LA.

We stayed at this place for a couple of nights while we were in town for my son's basketball tournament. It was very peaceful and matched the description. Despite being a small place which we expected from the listing, it was very well done. The linens on the bed were super soft, and the shower is nice and big. Would stay again if in the area.

This was easily one my best Airbnb experiences in recent years. It was a perfect spot for a solo traveler looking for a quiet space and neighborhood that is also not far away from what LA has to offer. Will was very communicative, accessible and accommodating. I would highly recommend this spot and I would stay again!

Loved the hot tub and place!

I had a lovely stay here. Michelle and as super helpful, welcoming and loved meeting her beautiful dogs. Lovely home, comfy bed, very clean, awesome shower and great kitchen. Has everything you need. Was so helpful to be able to do a load of sanding too. Would love to come back one day. 🙏☀️
