You are 5 minutes walk from the Halles de Nîmes and close to the Jardin de la Fontaine. The rental includes free access to the Arena car park (maximum height: 1 meter 90) for the duration of your stay, located 200 meters from the apartment. You will be only a few minutes from the SNCF train station (approx. 500 meters).

Monuments et commerces à 2 mn à pieds. Nombreux équipements dont climatisation (dans pièce de vie). Linge de lit et serviettes fournis, ainsi que les rudiments de cuisine. Parking sous-terrain payant à 150m (voir "mon logement"), stationnement gratuit en surface à 200m. Nous habitons le quartier et nous serons dispo si besoin.

You'll enjoy it for its location, the lively and charming atmosphere of the place, the calm at all times, ample volume and brightness. Perfect for couples, solo travelers and families (with baby).
