Welcome to a scenic home at Revsudden

Homely guesthouse/studio with a view of Öland. Lena, artist, and your hostess is happy to welcome you with a hug. Possibility to order homemade rolls for breakfast or excursion from Lena your host. About 200 meters to Kalmarsund and the area's own bath. About 500 meters to Revsuddens harbor and camping, boathouses where you can sit and have coffee. Close to the property you can hike, bike, paddle in Kalmarsund and the archipelago Country store in Rockneby about 9 km. In my family, we care about the environment and eat organically.

Welcome to rent our nice guesthouse with rural location and proximity to the sea outside of Kalmar. 20 minutes to Öland and central Kalmar and 10 minutes to Ikea. The cottage is located in the corner of our garden and is compact living of 15 sqm with four beds (2 bunk beds), kitchenette and toilet/shower. The accommodation does not include bed linen and towels but can be rented for 100 SEK/person. If you would like sheets and towels, please let us know before arrival. The guests clean themselves. I want cleaning for 300 SEK.

Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.

The cottage is perfect for those seeking a quiet seaside location with wonderful archipelago and nature to explore. The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Here you live close to nature and just a few minutes away you have nice swimming areas and magical sunsets. Färjestaden with restaurants and shopping is about 10 minutes away. Likewise, the golf resort in Saxnäs and Ölands Djur og Nöjespark. Here you are close to everything.

Maria and I rent out our renovated cottage located in the small nice Large Pipe, right between Färjestaden (Öland Bridge) and Borgholm. Perfectly located in the middle of the island, for excursions both north and south.
