Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Garfield Township

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

I cannot say enough. The host, the space and the location all made for one of my favorite stays ever! (Don’t rush to book though, I need to book again first! 😂)

We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

The house worked great for what we needed! The hot tub does have a leak so we had to fill it up with water when we arrived and wait for it to warm up before using. Worked great after! House had everything we needed and conveniently located close to town. The road is a little busy and the road noise is quite loud, but not annoyingly loud. Zack was easy to work with and overall was great!

We had an excellent stay and experience! The hot tub was clean and private which made for a relaxing getaway. The location is close enough to downtown TC so we had easy access to great restaurants and the house is also conveniently close to the TC trail system, so we had the best of both worlds! Also, Bethany was super responsive to our questions and replied immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming studio! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing solo retreat. The setting is incredible - right on the water. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, and the private sandy beach made it feel like a hidden oasis. The landscaping is gorgeous , and the beachfront seating, fire pit, and beach toys made it easy to unwind and enjoy. The patio was a perfect spot to relax with a view and peaceful atmosphere. The owners were so kind and welcoming. It felt tucked away, yet still close to everything. Truly the best of both worlds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, and relaxing stay with stunning setting.

Great stay in an adorable, walkable town. Plenty to do, great food and drinks in a beautiful location on the bay. Would highly recommend and would revisit. Perfect stay.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

Our stay was perfect thanks to Camille! The place was everything we could’ve asked for. A nice, big kitchen to store and cook all our food, plenty of space to fit everyone, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We will definitely look to come back and stay here whenever we are back in the Empire/Maple City/Glen Arbor area!

Thank you for a wonderful time. Great condo with beautiful views. We used the cook friendly kitchen a few times. The tv in the master was truly appreciated. We enjoyed the easy to use fireplace which warmed up the entire condo. Walking distance to right brain brewing with lots of pinball machines and to traverse city whiskey Nice bath and walking path and a super quick ride to the much loved cooperative grocery.

This place was AMAZING! So clean, had everything we needed, and very well stocked! We will be staying here again when we return to Traverse City.

The location was amazing, very peaceful for it being right in downtown TC. I would go back for another stay!

A charming spot next to a golf course. Pet-friendly, close to Glen Arbor.

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!

Jesse was a great host and we enjoyed staying at their place! We appreciated the private beach to play at and the pool was well maintained. There were plenty of food and entertainment options that Jesse recommended in their binder, and all were fantastic choices. The views were amazing from the living room/patio, and it felt very private. We couldn’t see any other guest and did not hear neighbors. It was very peaceful being on site and we could definitely see about renting the place again in the future! Jesse was a great host, communicated early and often, and made sure our stay was a pleasant one. Overall, great experience and thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home!
