Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grand Traverse County

I stayed at Melissa's place with a group of 4 other girls for my sister's bachelorette party. Not only was the space perfect sized for our group, but the girls and I could not get over how amazing the property was. We obsessed over the view from the kitchen window, the decor and gingham curtains in the living room, and the loft bedroom. Everything was so well done and thought through and we spent a majority of our time during the weekend hanging out at the house, having dinner on the front porch, and admiring the baby pigs!! And when we did venture into Sutton's Bay or Traverse City, the ride was smooth and had beautiful scenery of up north Michigan. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and the linens were definitely adequate for all of us to sleep comfortably. I will definitely be booking here again!

We loved our stay at this home! The host was fantastic, and the accommodations were everything we could want. The host supplied every amenity listed, plus more that you didn't even know you might need. Excellent location, very quiet, plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Traverse City.

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

We felt right at home here. It was clean and had everything we needed! She thought of all the small things like fans, black out curtains (in the kids’ room), a coffee bar, kitchen basics and even crayons/coloring books. With two small children, the games, toys and large yard were awesome! Very private and central to everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect for a getaway! Beautiful surroundings and amazing location! Super close to traverse city, very cozy!

We stayed in traverse city so we'd have options for restaurants/nightlife and drove out to various hiking spots throughout the week. This place was a perfect spot to unwind at night. I'd definitely come back again.

Brenda and her husband were amazing just like their place. We had a chance to meet, talk and share stories. They were gentle, humble and kind! The view from the top of the hill was beautiful! The games and coloring set they had was perfect for a lazy night! If we find ourselves back in the area we will be back!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

A beautiful apartment that was extremely clean and was super cute! Great location - everything was literally steps away from the door! The host was very communicative and even provided us with coffee and some local cherries from the area which was really nice. Only tip I would have for other travelers would be to make sure to bring your own shampoo and soap, and be prepared that since it is a small town, many businesses close early or on certain days of the week :)

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

We had a wonderful time at Daphne’s! The place was welcoming, cozy and very comfortable. Walt and Daphne were very responsive and provided all the little extras that make traveling an ease! The area and home are very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed kayaking on the lake and our teenage boys loved the fishing! I highly recommend this place!

The condo was perfect for us! It’s in a great location, clean and comfortable! John was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and a super friendly host! We’d definitely stay here again- thank you so much!

You cannot beat the location of this place if you’re wanting to experience downtown traverse city. My husband and I were able to run out for a quick coffee, walk to the water, visit a restaurant or bar and stop back to change/whatever without worrying about it. The place was clean and Jaime was very responsive with any question we had. He also had simple check out instructions. There’s a free parking spot included which was also wonderful. Def recommend!

Our group of four loved our stay at Mary Ann's Traverse City home - spacious, comfortable and pristine. We especially enjoyed the patio to unwind after a long day sightseeing.

Being right in the commons was a fun experience. You walk out the door and restraunts, bars, shops just a short walk away. But all the while the place is very quiet and never felt like there was much around when inside. very short drive to downtown Traverse City. We were going to bring our dog and Fernando was very much accommodating for that. It was 100 degrees out and the place was nice and cool. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to Traverse City and we lucked up finding this condo on the beach/water! It was decorated so cute with modern/clean touches. Very easy to enter/leave with press-lock. The bed is SO comfortable. We were very appreciative of the 'Welcome' book with recommendations of things to do/places to see around Traverse. Would definitely book here again!
