Come and enjoy a stopover in this pretty 85 m2 house on the edge of Creuse. It offers all amenities. You will be a 5/10-minute walk to the shops of Argenton. I will welcome you to explain the house which has all the necessary elements and was newly equipped at the end of 2022. Our house is located in the heart of a small quiet village ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, itself inscribed in a bucolic environment that had conquered George SAND at the time. We offer a 4-room guest apartment of 65 m2 on the first floor of an old house with individual access by external staircase. Even if the rental is only for one room, the entire apartment is exclusively reserved for this rental.

Maison de vacances d'environ 60m2 - pour 1 à 4 personnes - située au bout d'un chemin, dans un hameau calme en pleine campagne sur la commune de Chavin dans l'Indre en Région Centre. Important ; des escaliers sont présents à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la maison (voir le plan avec les photos). Elle ne convient donc pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
