The patio house

La propiedad está formada por dos viviendas independientes dentro de la misma parcela: la casa principal, donde vivimos mi nieta y yo, y La Casita del Patio, destinada exclusivamente a huéspedes. Dispone de un amplio vestidor, un espacio diáfano totalmente equipado y dos terrazas de uso exclusivo. La piscina, la barbacoa, el solárium y el patio son compartidos con mi nieta y conmigo. En verano puede coincidir también parte de mi familia, siempre respetando la privacidad de los huéspedes.

Rural apartment with pool. (Garrotxa)

This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last one in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

Can Roure, Jordà's Beech Forest

Can Roure is a farmhouse built in the 18th century, located in a sunny valley within the Fageda d'en Jordà. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, has a separate entrance, ideal for four people with an additional double sofa bed that allows up to 6 people. It is designed to enjoy outdoor life, in the middle of nature, without roads or cars nearby, it has a swimming pool and barbecue. It includes bed linen, towels and a washer and dryer for long stays.

Cabin with the best sunsets

It is a 1840 cabin, 100 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It's all on the same floor. It has a "porch" exit with tables and a barbecue. Outside the cabin is the swimming pool (fully fenced) that can be used at all times. The cabin is fully equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen utensils... 100 meters from the house is the farm (rabbits, chickens, cows, etc.) that can be visited at any time and a small riding school.

Ibizan style next to Grifeu beach, partial sea views and beautiful mountain views, with fantastic coves a five-minute walk from the house, in a privileged setting, next to the incomparable "Camí de Ronda" that borders the Costa Brava, in a unique landscape where the Pyrenees enter the sea and you can practice all kinds of water sports in its crystal-clear waters, in the quiet residential development of Grifeu, 1 km from Port de Llançà.

You will be able to rest in our 1890 modernist castle in a cosy ground floor apartment surrounded by a lovely wood, with pool, horses, kitchen garden, hens, tennis table & bikes.We will be delighted to have you staying with us in your own apartment and sharing our pool.
