Ms. Muthoni's place was just like home for us. We really appreciate her home and the amazing location. Very private. It is close to my in laws homes so very convenient. She is always responsive and helped our stay be as comfortable as possible. We were able to spend the week with family and still have space and time to get our work done. What an enchanting cottage! It is even nicer than the pictures and so homey. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this place is just the ticket. Take the tour of the eco-tree farm--from vegetable garden to the amazing mini-forest Michael has grown, it is impressive and inspiring. His work in educating school children about growing their own gardens is the kind of work this world needs more of. Spend an hour, take the tour, and then walk back to your cottage to relax! I had the best nap of my life at this place, the curtains softly breathing, the sound of birdsong. It was bliss. Note: the peace and serenity does mean you are farther from stores so bring provisions on your way out there! Book this place and let your worries melt away.
