The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances including a Keurig, microwave oven, and toaster. The Lake House sits on a quiet road but is convenient to both I-40 and the Parkway in Sevierville.

Enjoy a fun & exciting time at Cozy Bear Cabin in the beautiful Douglas Lake Resort. The cabin is conveniently located approx 40 min North of Gatlinburg & the Smoky Mountains. This beautiful cabin has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a sleeper sofa & a game room in the loft. Our cabin can accommodate 6 guests. There is a separate suite on the first floor with its own entrance occupied by the owners. The lake and community pool is only accessible between Memorial Day weekend & Labor Day weekend.

Come relax & enjoy our charming cottage on the main channel of Douglas Lake. Experience breathtaking sunsets, lakeside bonfires, & refreshing dips in the cool water. Our home offers kayaks for your use, or you can rent a pontoon at the nearby marina. Please note, the water level is highest from May-August. This home accommodates 4 adults max & 3 children. We allow ONE pet with the prepaid pet fee but ask you clean up after them, crate when unattended, & follow TN leash laws.
