Loved the decoration and the creek behind the house. The host, Lisa, was very responsive throughout the entire stay

The stay was great. I will say it was farther away from city than I thought and not as walkable for a mature women. However the house was very well cleaned and in a private location. The only thing that it lacked was some more hooks in the closets or bathroom.

We are multi-repeat guests...which should speak volumes of what we think of Masha and her accommodations! We're already scheduled to return soon.

The cabin was a great place for our family to enjoy the Smokey Mountains for a week. The views are amazing and it is conveniently located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a few issues with bugs, which is to be expected in the mountains and they were quick to respond and drop off a spray. My kids loved the pool table and video game in the lowest level. A 4x4 vehicle of some sort would be the best to reach the house, since it’s at the top of a steep road. Overall, this is a beautiful mountain retreat where many family memories were made.

We enjoyed staying at the Papa Bear Chalet! Private location with a lot of bear sightings. House was as described and plenty of space for everyone.

It was a nice, intimate space and was a reasonable distance away from the nearest grocery store, gas station, or other attractions. Would 10/10 stay there again

We have been coming to the area for vacation for years, and THIS is the best location and stay. Quick and easy access to the "strip" but incredibly quiet and beautiful location. You feel deep in the woods/mountains w/o the need to climb sketchy mountain roads. Home had EVERYTHING you could need...comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a super fun upper level for movies, games, etc. Plenty of space for split/group families, comfortable beds, and overall amazing space! This will be our go to for years for vacation!

We loved staying at hilltop. The place was very clean and felt like home. We had some issues with the keypad and Brian came right over and fixed our problem without hesitation. The kids with us loved all the games and the outdoor play equipment. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and a true home away from home. Beds were super comfy, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the grill on the porch—just bring food and oil if frying. Extra pillows, blankets, and built-in lamp chargers were a thoughtful touch. My husband enjoyed the recliners, large smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. Bathrooms had huge bottles of great-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Washer/dryer worked well with a starter pack included. We relaxed with the pool table, hot tub, and comfy porch seating. Our dogs loved the wraparound porch. The quiet, peaceful neighborhood and daily bear sightings (mama and cubs!) made it extra special. Gorgeous views of mountains and nature all around. Cozy and private yet close to Pigeon Forge. Roads are narrow and winding but manageable. We didn’t use the pool/dog park, but they looked nice. Lincoln was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay at this cabin. Location was great with easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Views were amazing! The house was very comfortable, had tons of space, and great amenities. The pool was almost perfect (needs a basketball goal!) and got used every day. We definitely will stay here again if we make the trip back to the area.

So Kate & this location were wonderful, make your 1st arrival in daylight to get use to the terrain. We hiked & enjoyed Gatlinburg's Skyland Park, Ripley's Aquarium, & Ober Mtn - all of this is 10 mins from the chalet. We hiked trails: Gatlinburg, Grotto Falls, Skyland's trails, & Baskins Falls all within 20 min drive of the chalet. Parking in Gatlinburg can be challenging but we found free spaces off River Side Rd then walked the up 1-block to main street. Dining: The Rampant Lion (get the scotch eggs), Trout House (classic fried trout), Tennessee Jed's (get the brisket), Greenbrier (get reservations 3 days ahead of time so you don't miss out on a great meal-wellington & lamb); on/near main strip: Ole Red (good burger), Bennet's BBQ (ribs & brisket), Skyland Park restaurant (best elevation experience & good burgers incl bison burger). Groceries: go to Food City. I HIGHLY recommend this location especially during May. Thanks Kate for a great week!

The house was great. Plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool table and the arcade games. After hiking the hot tub and pool were great. I would stay again.

A beautiful view of the Smokies from the back deck is just one of the wonderful things about our stay. We took advantage of the swimming pool and the sauna and enjoy the quiet solitude.

The spot was great! Close to everything but still secluded! It was so close to the national park, which was what we were visiting for, so it was great to be able to hike in the morning, come back for lunch, and head back out for some more hikes after! And the hot tub was great for the sore hiking muscles at the end of the day!

Absolutely amazing stay! We loved every aspect of our time here. The air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool, the bed was incredibly comfortable with pillows that were just right and soft, clean linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom is luxurious, especially with having hot water and overall cleanliness. One of the highlights was the view complete with a charming little stream/mini waterfall right outside, creating the most peaceful ambiance for sleeping. The outdoor amenities were also a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This cute cabin was everything we needed for my husband’s birthday stay! Jacqueline was very responsive and extremely attentive with our stay! 10/10 would definitely stay again! :)

We loved our stay at this beautiful property!! The views from the rear decks were stunning. It was so peaceful and quiet and a perfect end to our trip after visiting Nashville. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was super clean. We loved the hot tub! We saw lots of fireflies at night which was really neat! Wish we could have stayed longer!

This place is perfect. Quiet and peaceful location yet close enough to all the attractions of the mountains.

We had an incredible time at Rachel’s cabin in the woods. It was beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained and clean, and included all of the fun amenities that you would love for a weekend away. The hot tub and cold plunge were a lot of fun, and there were a lot of games and outdoor activities provided. Every room had a TV, comfy, and clean bed, and the heating and cooling was excellent to keep everyone comfortable. There were a ton of bears in the area, but Rachel provided great advice on how to keep safe and enjoy wildlife from a distance. The sauna was up a few wooden steps and provided an incredible view of the mountains. Definitely a highlight from our group! There is also a little market nearby with all of the goods you would need for a great weekend away. Other highlights include a great fire pit and small outdoor barbecue. The driveway up to the cabin is a bit steep, but there are great instructions on how to best get up to the cabin and out. Would definitely stay again!

This cabin has everything you need to keep teens entertained. We played pool, checkers and poker. We used the hot tub and made s'mores by the campfire. Our boys watched a movie every night in the home theater. We spent two days of our week at Dollywood and it was only a 30 minute drive. You can see the fireworks at night from the balcony. We had a great family vacation and would definitely book again. Thank you so much!!!

This was a steal. The location, the views, the experience, and the serenity of the location with such a great home to stay in, would recommend this location to anyone looking to have a relaxing vacation. Look forward to booking it again in the future.
