The accommodation is adjoining the house, it is completely independent, quiet and bright. It overlooks a terrace and a comfortable living room where you have an equipped kitchen at your disposal. The whole opens onto the swimming pool surrounded by a private garden.

Come and relax in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg vineyard. At the gates of Bordeaux, 800 m from the first castles and remarkable sites (cave, citadels, mill), this independent studio for 2 people located in our property, welcomes you for quiet moments. It is equipped with a sleeping area with 160 bed, shower room, sitting area and equipped kitchenette. We gladly share the (unheated) swimming pool, which can be used as soon as temperatures permit, usually from June to September.

Come and relax in this peaceful haven of peace, located in the heart of the most famous châteaux of the Margaux vineyards, including Château d'Issan 400 m away and Château Kirwan 500 m away. The beautiful beaches of Médoc, including Lacanau, are less than 50 km away. You have all the green space of the garden as well as the swimming pool and its deckchairs that sit at the foot of the vineyards A barbecue, a plancha and garden furniture are also there for your comfort.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
