An hour's drive from Lillehammer, Viken Fjellgård is idyllically located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Our guests can use our boat and canoe freely, or enjoy the jetty with swimming, fishing and fire pit. You can cycle, go on mountain hikes right out of the farm, rustle in the woods, or walk on the trails around the water. In late summer and autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. It takes 10 minutes to drive from the farm to the high mountains, and from the parking lot about an hour's walk to Langsua National Park.

The winter cottage at Hovesetra consists of a bedroom with two family bunk beds, as well as a living room with kitchen and dining room. Simple standard without running water and electricity. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.

In winter time you have direct access to the cross country ski track directly from the porch. An excellent location for some moutain peace and quiet with beautiful hiking and cross-country conditions. Also includes a small sauna, cabin office possibilities, nice dinners and outside evening on the decking around the cabin. Plenty of parking space also.
