Refurbished, old residence from the 1800s which are peacefully located in scenic surroundings on a farm. Gamlestua is just south of the residential house on the farm. There is floor heating in all rooms on the 1 floor. In addition, there is a wood stove in the living room and wood is available on the farm. Relax at the peaceful Widmesetra 970 mt.alt. The area has abundance with hiking trails, fishing waters and great cycling opportunities, and an almost endless sloping net in the winter. From the kitchen window there are miles overlooking the mountains. Water is collected in the water pump just outside the wall, and the outhouse is at the barn. The "Selet" was built in 2008, with elements from a hundred years back in time. Here there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a family bunk and a single bed. “Gamleselet” is the annex with two single beds.

Harehytta by the river

Rustic and homely little cabin right by the river. Very simple standard (no bath/water toilet), only outdoor toilet and outdoor shower (only during summer) with cold water. Water jugs with drinking water and water for cleaning/cooking are available. Here you wake up from river buzz and birdsong. The cabin has a garden, a fireplace and a path to the river with a swimming area during the summer. Dogs are welcome, but should be kept on a leash as the property is not fully fenced. Bed linen and towels are included. Wood for the wood-burning stove is available.

Kårstua at Viken Fjellgård, right next to fishing lake

An hour's drive from Lillehammer, Viken Fjellgård is idyllically located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Our guests can use our boat and canoe freely, or enjoy the jetty with swimming, fishing and fire pit. You can cycle, go on mountain hikes right out of the farm, rustle in the woods, or walk on the trails around the water. In late summer and autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. It takes 10 minutes to drive from the farm to the high mountains, and from the parking lot about an hour's walk to Langsua National Park.

Hovdesetra for rent

Experience lovely nature at cozy farmhouse! The cabin is located by itself on the edge of the forest overlooking the whole of Østre Gausdal. Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.

Great for a couple that likes skiing since it's in the middle of Hafjell , Kvitfjell, and Skei. Hunderfossen Family Park , Øyer Play Park, Hafjell gondola lift is a great experience. In Fåvang you can see the ice cathedral, frozen waterfall. The road museum in islands has free entrance, where you can see many historical vehicles, etc. But most of all we have many nice nature experiences here in Gudbrandsdalen . Just park all the way up to the bedroom window . Trash to be placed in the gray can behind the cabin. Have a great vacation😉

In Gausdal, 15 km south of Skeikampen and 25 km north of Lillehammer, you will find Holthaugen Gard. Here you can stay in quiet and peaceful surroundings, with short distance to various experiences such as Skeikampen, Lillehammer, Hunderfossen and Lekeland. In the summer, there are hens, pigs and cows walking around in various areas on the farm here. In winter we often have visits from deer and moose. In the grandmother house at Holthaugen Gard it has always been both heart room and shelter, and now we welcome you as a guest with us.
