Our small vacation home in the middle of the Five Lakes region and on the outskirts of Munich is the perfect place for your next vacation. Sustainably and ecologically built in wooden construction and reinterpreting the idea of a “tiny house” with only 2 rooms. Instead of having to do without something or having to restrict yourself, you will find a high-quality equipped new building with all its advantages, such as underfloor heating, a spacious kitchen-living room or luxurious bathrooms with shower & bathtub.

2-room apartment with terrace, Starnberg near the lake

Modern, bright & centrally located apartment on Lake Starnberg: The 2-room apartment on 2 floors (ground floor & basement) with cozy south-west terrace (no garden!), newly renovated (03/24). The apartment "Hektor" is located in a beautiful residential area and is at the same time very well connected. It is ideally located at the gates of Munich & is therefore a perfect starting point for all the sights in M. and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

Studio

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved chapels, so the extension became a 6-meter-high room with a wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

In-law apartment close to Munich & 5-lake region

Our elegant & cozy apartment (60 sqm), in a quiet location & close to the S-Bahn Gauting (S6) offers everything you need to enjoy your stay - whether you're on holiday in the beautiful 5-lakes region (Starnberger See 10 min, Ammersee 25 min) or are here on business. Incl. private terrace (~20 sqm) available - approx. 800m to downtown Gauting & S-Bahn Gauting (S6) - 25 min direct journey to Munich (Oktober Fest, Marienplatz) - In ~5 min in the Grubmühler Feld recreation area (Würm).

The DG apartment (2nd floor) is in an ideal location with good connections to Munich (S8, about 30 min to the city center), or as a starting point to all lakes in the 5 lakes country, the Upper Bavarian castles or for hiking tours in the Allgäu. Please note that the apartment is not suitable as an apartment with infant. All children count as guests. If you are traveling with infants / infants, please inform us in advance. No parties / shootings Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am

Modern flat near forest, good transport connection

This bright 1.5 room apartment in a quiet location offers the perfect mix of nature and proximity to the city. Suitable for short and long-term stays as well as for holidays and business trips! Approx. a 3 minute walk away you are in nature on fields and a big forest. Also the Würm (river) is only a few minutes away. The surroundings are perfect for long walks, bicycle tours and other activities. A bus to the subway and suburban train is within approx. 1 minute walking distance.

Tastefully furnished, very bright, spacious living/dining area, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, stereo system, separate kitchen fully equipped incl. dishwasher, modern bathroom with floor-level shower, sleeping area separated by sliding door, double bed, washing machine in the basement, southwest terrace, parking space in front of the house, S-Bahn [suburban train] within walking distance (8 min.), organic supermarket and all major shops within 2 - 5 minutes' walk.

Our spacious and quiet accommodation on the 2nd floor has two bedrooms (double bed & 2 single beds as well as sofa bed in the living room), a large living room, separate kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment also has a private balcony overlooking the countryside. The S-Bahn station Gauting is a 15-minute walk away, the nearest U-Bahn station is “Fürstenried-West” and can be reached in about 8 minutes by car, Lake Starnberg in only 15 minutes.

Apartment in a vacation paradise

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Flur gibt es eine Galerie von der Münchner Olympiade 1972. In der Wohnküche könnt ihr nicht nur kochen, sondern auch gemütlich zusammensitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung - mit herrlichen Blick in den großen Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Neben dem Wannenbad gibt es noch ein separates WC.
