The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live on the lower floor. Experience the beauties of our village with a view of Lesvos, full mountain and sea where 6 people can easily stay. You will be accompanied by the large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature. The port of Assos is only a few km away from the historic Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyuin 20 minutes with your vehicle.

The Rock

This is a 12sq.m. independent studio and It has a double build in bed. n the studio there is also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker.There is a small balcony where you may enjoy your coffee watching the ocean. The studio is located in a quiet area at the beachfront of Eressos and it is around 10metres from the water .Also its 50metres away from the first taverna and shops.

Pelagia's House

Pelagia's house is a seaside house that was recently renovated while keeping its traditional character along with the memories of many carefree summers. The house has 2 bedrooms with one double and two single beds, fully equipped kitchen,very comfortable bathroom, air conditioning and wifi in all areas This beach house is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Lotros maisonette suite

Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
