From the initial contact, through the booking process & the stay itself, we would rate The Den as a 5* choice. Amanda was helpful, friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spotless. The added touches were very much appreciated. The access to a greater selection on the tv was another bonus. The cottage is a brilliant bolt hole - acting as a gateway for the borders The cottage itself is very well laid out and extremely well equiped The hosts are very pleasant to deal with and had great communication throughout our stay - but never intrusive The hosts welcome you with a number of goodies to get you started and make available other option upon request such as breakfasts and meals The farm itself is organic and the hosts actively encourage you to explore All in all this is an excellent choice for a couple exploring the borders and want somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay Highly recommended Val & Bernie

A lovely retreat in a perfect location, right on the doorstep of beautiful picturesque countryside. Stuart was on hand to greet us and make us feel welcome and giving us a guided tour of the property.

I had a wonderful stay at Petite Bleu. A beautiful tranquil space, extremely well appointed. A space you can walk into and immediately relax, a quiet retreat, with very comfortable furnishings, a lovely colour scheme and very thoughtful appliances. It has everything you need, well designed and uncluttered. Easy access and parking in a lovely safe area. I had an amazing time walking the coastal way and enjoying the beautiful beaches and towns and the independent shops. Lots of great eateries and fresh roasted and ground coffees! It was a fabulous break away from work and Kate provided excellent local information and guides.
