Spacious, cozy apartment, about 80 sqm, with its own entrance and a cozy little patio with the possibility of barbecuing. The apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is secluded in the basement of my own villa in Gamla Gefle. The area is a quiet oasis with cobblestone streets, but just a stone's throw away from restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores and museums. It is a ten-minute walk to both the train station and to the beautiful, scenic Boulognerskogen where there is a swimming area, mini golf, outdoor gym.

Nyrenoverad lägenhet i lugnt område i Gävle stad. 10 minuter resa med buss till stadens centrum och 25 minuter gång. 300 meter till närmaste busshållplats mot centrum. Lägenheten är renoverad sen två år tillbaka och har nya och fräscha möbler till gästernas bekvämlighet. 3 sängar och en bäddsoffa som kan göras till säng. Fiberinternet finns i lägenheten samt parkering utanför där en bil får gott om plats. Handdukar ingår ej Coop finns också bara ett stenkast bort. Tillgänglig för uthyrning.

A separate apartment in a larger house from the beginning of the 20th century with old-fashioned charm. There are in total four vacation apartments. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, but don´t expect much tourist services. Sheets and towels can be rented.

Välkommen till vår mysiga lägenhet i ett lugnt och tryggt område! Gratis parkering på gården ingår. Lägenheten ligger nära centrum, Söder och Boulognerskogen, bara 10 minuters promenad från tågstationen. I huset finns även en yogastudio. Två bekväma sängar på 120 cm vardera. Hyra av sängkläder och handdukar (stor och liten) kostar 200 kr per person. Vi ser fram emot att välkomna dig!

We rent out a newly renovated basement floor in our house with its own entrance and free parking space. The apartment is lightly furnished and sleeps up to 4 people.
