An absolutely amazing house!! Large, high ceilings, with a wonderful chalkboard that the kids used extensively and a large, wonderful kitchen!! Lots of room for everyone to hang out or get away, nice furniture, beautiful colors, a wonderful, large hall, good bedroom and a really cool bedroom that the kids really loved (with a double bunk bed!). The plot was also absolutely wonderful, with football goals, hammock, dart board lovely outdoor furniture and a large lawn and a lot of sun. We were two families spending a weekend here to just hang out and enjoy, which we did too!! Can really recommend this house if you want to get a big, genuine, different house!

Very nice and peaceful place. Pleasantly surprised when we were told that there is hot water👌. Helpful and always responsive Kavita - really nice. Nice cabin, cozy, no trouble with internet. Big fish in nearby lake!

Chris and Ines were incredibly hospitable. The house was awesome, clean. In a beautiful setting quick walk to the ocean. Ines had a wonderful breakfast/snacks in the refrigerator awaiting our arrival with fresh bread. Very helpful brochure explaining the amenities. Very professional. I would highly recommend for a longer stay. We were sad to leave after just one night. Ask to see their creations of pottery 🙏

Anders and Johanna were wonderful hosts. The house was quaint, warm and cozy. I traveled to Hogbo searching for family descendants. Johanna connected me with people in town who also tried to assist me. Everyone was so kind and friendly making my trip special and memorable.

A pristine, beautiful place surrounded by nature perfect for anyone looking to escape the city and enjoy the outdoors. The farm animals add a charming touch, especially loved by the kids. We were two families with children and had an amazing time exploring, relaxing, and making wonderful memories. Highly recommended for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway

Fantastically nice house on a corner plot with the forest as a neighbor, large nice area for community on the lower floor, nice bedrooms on the upper floor. Can recommend this home!

The hosts were super nice and friendly. The accommodation was so cozy and exceeded our expectations! When we arrived, they had bought fruit and other dairy products for us, which was super nice and appreciated! The pictures do not do justice to the accommodation, it is much cozier in reality. Their dog is also super cozy and we are happy that our dog got to play a little. Highly recommended!

Here is a slightly humorous but sincere review of both the house and the stay at Jim's. First impression? Once you stepped in, it felt unexpectedly fresh – airy, well-cleaned and with a pleasant feeling. Pleasantly surprised! The decor testifies to a budget that has probably been kept quite tight, but it doesn't matter, it still works. Except for a chair that's clearly had its day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen equipment fully sufficient. Nothing new or trendy, but everything that was needed was there. The tableware brought to mind the late 70s, maybe early 80s – charmingly unsexy retro, clearly! The only real improvement I have is for cables and electrical installations. The modem was taped up with silver tape, and when the AC started, the tape came loose and the cable pulled out. My 14-year-old daughter wasn't impressed with the wifi, but who cares. The view, on the other hand – wow. Spectacular archipelago magic with seagulls, swallows and some annoying insects. Thanks for a really nice stay and new wonderful memories. 5/5
