Country cottage - Norrlandet - Gävle

The house is in a quiet and pleasant area in nature. It was built in the 1950s, but has since been renovated and partially modernized. For those who appreciate simple conditions in an authentic environment, the house is a place of peace. Four single beds are available, two in the house, and two in the guest house. Please note that the toilet (dry toilet) and shower with hot water are located in the guest house. It is a place well suited to being in contact with nature, exercising, resting and finding peace.

Boendet har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng 180cm, kök och vardagsrum, badrum med dusch och tillgång till tvättmaskin. Sängkläder och handdukar medtages av hyresgäster. Städning ingår ej. Städutrustning finns.

I huvudstugan finns spis, kyl och frys, utekök med kolgrill, samt plats att sitta inne och ute på altan med markis. 1/5-30/9 finns vatten framdraget till utekök samt utedusch med varmvatten. Både WC och utedass finns på tomten. Ett enkelt men bekvämt och trivsamt boende. Ni har tillgång till brygga och låna våra två kanadensare. Element finns i torpet och sovhuset samt kamin i torpet om det blir kyligt ute.

Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.
