Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Quiet beachfront house

Maison sur 2 niveaux, lumineuse donnant sur notre jardin paysagé. Située au calme en bordure de champs et à proximité des plages.( voir photos et légendes). La petite mer de Gâvres et ses entiers côtiers sont à 1 km de la location. Paysages évoluants au fil des marées. Les plages de Port Louis se trouvent à 4 kms et le stationnement est facile et gratuit toute l’année. Commerces, restaurants à proximité ( pizzeria, boulangerie et supermarché bio à 750 m).

Welcome to the Gâvres peninsula! Open your windows to a dream setting and recharge in a preserved environment with direct beach access via a staircase from the house's terrace. A little piece of heaven with multiple activities around the sea: beach, swimming, shore fishing, sailing, kite surfing, surfing, paddle boarding... You will be in the front row of the boat ballet between the island of Groix, Larmor Plage, and Port Louis, a permanent spectacle.

White garden

Discover the authentic charm of a small outhouse attached to our family home, a former shipowner's house. It is independent and ideally located in the heart of the village with its beams, wooden staircase and vintage charm. Jardin Blanc – because that's its name – is enclosed by a wall made of old stones, with direct access to the garden that we share (each on our side), a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and a cabin overlooking the old walnut tree.

Proche de Port-Louis et Lorient (voiture ou bateau pour visites, marchés, festival interceltique...), Plouhinec, Riantec, pas très loin de Pont-Lorois... Petits commerces de proximité.

Gîte de La Petite Mer (La Petite Mer Cottage)

"Cap à l'Ouest" Ambiance marine, lumineuse et iodée pour cette grange rénovée située dans une cour privée et partagée entourée de longères bretonnes. Petite plage à 50 m. La terrasse se situe dans la cour. Pas de jardin mais un bel espace avec la plage tout à côté. Nous habitons sur place et nous sommes disponibles si besoin.

The climate, beauty and serenity of the site make Gâvres a true haven of peace. Thanks to the batobus, the municipality of Gâvres is easy to access from Port-Louis (Port Locmalo).

The house is located in Gâvres, a fishing hamlet that has a heritage of character and spectacular seascapes. It is located by the sea 100 meters from the Grande Plage, 300 meters from the Petite Mer de Gâvres, and 600 meters from the Port de Plaisance. It's a quiet, clean, bright and functional place.
