Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

Welcome to the Gâvres peninsula! Open your windows to a dream setting and recharge in a preserved environment with direct beach access via a staircase from the house's terrace. Bright 2-level house overlooking our landscaped garden. Located in a quiet area on the edge of fields and close to the beaches (see photos and captions). The Petite Mer de Gâvres and its coastal areas are 1 km from the rental. Landscapes that change with the tides. The beaches of Port Louis are 4 km away, and parking is easy and free all year round. Shops and restaurants nearby (pizzeria, bakery and organic supermarket 750 m away).

The terrace is located in the courtyard. No garden but a beautiful space with the beach right next door. We live there and are available if needed.
