Holiday rentals with a patio in Gaziemir

we enjoyed our stay 2 adults and 2 kids enough space, 10 min walk to grocery stores. very enjoyable staying in the garden, my kids loved the hammock. everything that you would need in a kitchen. 10min drive to the send beach great for kids ( entrance 450 TL per adult). restaurants where in the neighbourhood, you even have a paediatric dr across the street 😁I totally recommend the place

Bulut was very kind and helpful. The weather was beautiful and reminded me of California. All public transportation is within a short walk, my favorite was the ferry because of the beautiful views of the city. I want to come back and would stay here again if I could! The people here are so friendly and it’s just a great place to explore and learn about the culture. The local favorite football team won the national championship while we were here and it was fun to see the people watching the game on big TV screens at the local restaurants. And then celebrating until 3 am! Not much sleep that night but still fun watching how they reacted and celebrated their team! I had never experienced anything like that. If you can go to Izmir, you should and you will be very comfortable in this Airbnb with Bulut!

I had my first Air BnB experience with Ms. Huri,she was very nice and caring. I felt like I was almost at home with my friend. It is also not very difficult to get along, if you want to stay, you can choose it without hesitation. :)

Perfect location for exploring Urla Art street (5 minutes away) and the surrounding area. Quiet residential area, bright and clean flat, fully equipped with all needs and free parking. The apartment has a smart tv for some cozy Netflix nights if you want to stay in. Supermarkets, restaurants and cafes all around the corner easily reachable. There is also an airco and big terrace. Mr Ümit was super responsive, friendly and welcoming. His parents live downstairs and were very helpful and nice. We would definitely come back.

The hosts responded quickly to messages from the beginning. They were friendly and helpful. If you did not have a car, it may be a bit of a problem that we had to walk. You can get there by bus passing through the center of the village in 1 hour. There was a grocery store etc. in the center of the village. The house was very comfortable, very comfortable, and had all the tools and equipment you might need in the kitchen. It was very peaceful. Thanks to the host's wood, we were able to light the stove easily and enjoy nature. The air conditioning was also available. The house was generally clean as it appeared in the photos. The house had a pool, but it was empty now, so it is a more preferable place in the summer. Thank you for the treats to the host:)

Had a really nice couple of days here. Nice, safe neighbourhood not too far from public transport or to the centre of town and a very pretty house.

If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking. I don't know where to start, which one to tell, but I can briefly say that it was a great experience for my family and me. Nily was an extremely caring and perfect host who responded very quickly to all your questions :) I can't describe the house in words. It's as if we've gone back in time, but new things we love today have come with us on this journey. A magnificent blend of yesterday and today. Everything you need is abundantly available in and around the house. Especially that backyard will really take away all your tiredness, you can be sure of that :) In addition, the house is close to many places and we did not have any problems at the transportation point. In summary, if you want to have such a beautiful experience that you don't even want to go back to your own home, you shouldn't think about it. Hope to see you again soon :)

The house is great, especially the kitchen and bathroom are very nice. The bedrooms are large and comfortable

Me and my friend had a private two-room at this hostel. We felt right at home, as the shared cleaning rooms (living room, kitchen,garden) are very lovingly designed. The staff was also totally friendly and answered all questions very helpful. For a short stay and especially for solo travelers who like to meet new people, I would definitely recommend this place. The guests there were all very open-minded and seemed very comfortable, like me and my friend.

Everything was in tip-top shape, the location and view of the house are quite beautiful, I felt at home, everything is 10/10, I definitely recommend it, this is definitely the place I will stay again next time I come.
