Also close by is a rural neighborhood supermarket. KnusinTwente is attractively decorated "like in the old days" and fully equipped. There is no TV, but there is a record player. KnusinTwente is centrally located between Ootmarsum, the Springendal, Sallandse Heuvelrug and the Vechtdal. Wonderful hiking and biking, with cozy restaurants, even within walking distance!

The area is quiet, beautiful for hiking and biking and not yet discovered by the general public. (so don't tell anyone...). The cozy Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Kampen are just around the corner. Heino is a village surrounded by estates, of which the Nijenhuis with museum is the best known. In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of the Springendal nature reserve, a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have one of the ten apartments that is fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have a nice breakfast or lunch, we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a local special beer.
