Die Wohnung ist knapp 55m2 groß und liegt weserseitig in einem Turm des s.g. 'Columbus-Centers'. Sie wurde im Sommer 2010 komplett renoviert und eingerichtet.

Das Wohnzimmer ist der Mittelpunkt der etwa 50qm großen Wohnung. Ein länglicher Balkon gehört mit zur Wohnung. Bettwäsche/Handtücher sind nicht mit im Preis enthalten können aber für 17,50€ pro Person dazu gebucht werden. Gerne könnt ihr aber auch eure eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen. Pro Vierbeiner werden 30€ zusätzlich berechnet.
