A cosy little house

Extension d’une ancienne ferme au cœur de Gouville, la maison a été entièrement rénovée par nos soins grâce à une technique ancestrale locale utilisant la terre du Cotentin; sa couleur ocre profonde apporte une sensation de cocon. La terre crue est un matériau 100% naturel et recyclable à l'infini, qui a ses imperfections mais qui fait le charme de la maison. Je serai ravie de vous y accueillir et vous conseiller les balades menant à la plage, ainsi que les producteurs locaux.

The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

The Tourville House

Ideally located between sea and bocage, between Coutainville and Coutances, the Maison de Tourville, completely renovated, welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. With a maximum capacity of 5 people, as a couple, with friends, with family, you will enjoy a pleasant environment a few kilometers from the coast, in a rural village close to small shops on foot. Our house will be your real home to discover the English Channel and its multiple tourist attractions

Small cocoon located in Anneville-sur-Mer in the heart of a quiet hamlet 1.2km from the sea. It has been completely renovated for you to have a pleasant stay. Ideal for 2 people, it can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. Located between Mer and Bocage on the Côte des Havres. 14km from Coutances, 1 hour from the landing beaches and Mont-Saint-Michel. Vacation rental classified 3 stars.

You can't find it closer to the sea: at high tide the terrace that overlooks the beach becomes the bow of a boat!
