Welcome to my modern furnished apartment Am Uhrturm in Hanover Döhren. The 1-room apartment (approx. 60 square meters) can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment is centrally and quietly located and directly adjacent to a protected landscape area. Good shopping and U-Bahn are nearby (10 min.). The exhibition grounds can be easily reached by tram in 30 minutes. From January 1, 2024, the City of Hanover will levy an accommodation tax. Tax is included in the price.

Apartment in a 1930s house - Hanover and Deister

Our 30-year-old house is located in a quiet and green residential area. The garden with old trees can also be used. We renovated the house ourselves and were keen to preserve the character. The apartment on the upper floor offers a good view of the garden and the Deister. By arrangement, I will gladly offer breakfast for a fee. Parking is available in front of the property. The S-Bahn station with a half-hour connection to Hanover is a 3-minute walk.

Tolle Sonnenuntergänge in himmlischer Ruhe genießen. Zur Lage: Von dort brauchen Sie ca. 10 Minuten bis zur A2 Auffahrt Lauenau und in ca. 40 Minuten sind Sie am Messegelände Hannover. Die Wohnung liegt außerdem zwischen Deister und Süntel und bietet somit reichlich Ausflugsziele für Wanderer oder Radfahrer. Ein TV Gerät zur Nutzung mit Fire TV steht zur Verfügung. Achtung: Es finden ab April große Umbauarbeiten am Nachbarhaus (blauer Punkt) statt. Es kann daher zu Lärmstörungen kommen. Der Zugang zur Hütte führt an der Baustelle vorbei.
