The “Lister Meile” shopping street with supermarkets, drugstores, many small shops and cafes is only about 150m away. It's about a 5-minute walk to the subway station and about a 15-minute walk to the main train station and city center. The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people, with a fully equipped kitchen-living room and bedroom with a 160cm double bed.

The apartment was completely refurbished. There is a seating area in the private garden. Dogs are welcome. No cats please. Your little refuge in the heart of the city, very central and comfortable. Ideal for a city trip alone or for couples. Distance to Hannover main train station: 1200 m. Bus and train stop right outside the door (line 10). Steintor stop (lines 4, 5, 6, 11) is 500 m away. The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator and is therefore unfortunately not accessible.

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!
