The host was attentive to our questions and any issues that came up were quickly dealt with. The bedrooms were in the attic space, separate from the main level kitchen and living room area. We had pleasant weather and so the temperature in the rooms remained comfortable, but in a heatwave it would be different. The apartment kitchen had the basic equipment. Coffee machine with coffee available. Quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood with parking on site. Groceries store two minutes walk. Walk to center town would be 20-25 minutes.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Very warm and personal welcome by the hostess and a binding transaction. The apartment met all requirements and expectations. It matched the description and you immediately had a cozy feeling. We were there for a birthday nearby and Nicole even drove us there. That was more than one can generally expect. We slept very well, it was very quiet. We were in Essen to experience a day at Movieworld the next day. Kena is very friendly and welcoming. She had left a small gift for us, which made us feel at ease. The apartment was old school and clean, cozy, warm and lovingly decorated. definitely worth it. The beds slept well. The area is wonderfully quiet.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! There were four of us – two adults and two children – and we lacked nothing. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the location: A shopping center (Netto) is directly opposite, which makes shopping super easy. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We received quick and helpful answers to all questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the place. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

We were warmly received in person and the accommodation was personally presented, so that no questions remained unanswered. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Several pillows are available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also well equipped. The accommodation is beautifully quiet and yet very central. Just perfect for a nice stay in Dortmund. Thank you very much.
