Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

Duplex apartment with a view of the stars In our two-family house, we rent a 68 sqm apartment with fantastic views of the countryside. The apartment is on the 2nd floor on 2 levels. The large living room has a lounge set, a dining area with 4 seats and a spiral staircase with open access to the studio with air conditioning. There are 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped - from the Nespresso machine to the ironing board, everything is available for everyday needs.

The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.
