Ruhige, ländlicher Lage mit Bauernhöfen in der Nachbarschaft. The accommodation is situated in the basement of the house. New house built in 2018 with private access to the basement. The building is situated in a very calm area with farmers in the neighborhood. 5-10 min. walk to the grocery store.

The accommodation is surrounded by the beautiful garden and next to it the cows graze and in the pond the frogs croak - pure nature! For travelers who like it simple & uncomplicated. We are a young family with three boys & are looking forward to your visit.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating. Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 minutes away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk away. If anyone is interested, we have a stand-up paddle for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

The apartment has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
