Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Genesee County

This was our third stay at Kristine's place and will very likely not be our last. Kristine's place provides a relaxing getaway with unique charm and we enjoy every stay. Kristine provides all the amenities to make you feel right at home making this the perfect place for a low-key stay-cation in the winter. By far one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you again for opening your place for us to enjoy! 12/10 recommend!

Whimsical rooms and a great park to take the kids! We had everything we needed for our extended stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at anita’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Anita was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given a thorough tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My friends and I come for an annual golf tournament every year and this is our second time staying here. Todd is a great host and the new garage updates were so much fun! Highly recommend staying here.

The decor and space of the home was cozy and very comfortable. Cheryl was very kind and left breakfast for us! We thought the treehouse would be a little closer to the house, (about an acre away from the main house) so my adult kids were not happy about being in a separate space entirely, especially with no bathroom. I thought it was darling though.

My son, daughter in law & grandbaby were in town from Texas for his younger sisters' week long graduation celebration. We didn't have room at our home (large family, 7 kids still at home) but wanted them to still feel at home so we got them an Airbnb. Her home is minutes away from us so that was the first plus. She was very responsive & the house looks like the pictures. It ended up just being my son & daughter in law there because obviously my babylove (grandbaby) stayed with us! They said everything was as the pictures showed & was clean. They will be back in August & if her place is available I will book it again for another week. The ease of it all is also very important to note.

This home was perfect for our family while in town for our son’s wedding. Close to everything, so comfortable, clean, and peaceful. Nice place for us to gather when we had downtime from the wedding events. Easiest checkout ever which was so nice when our focus was packing up and leaving for our long trip home to North Carolina.

The stay was great an the people were nice it was my first experience with a Airbnb and it was a great one this is a go to stay for me anytime I’m in the or going to this area five stars across the board for me.

Very responsive and helpful prior to booking. Answered all questions and resolves issues right away. Was travelling with young children and felt very safe. Kitchen was well equipped, very comfortable master bedroom, full laundry in suite was excellent, bathroom was clean. Would definitely book again with Chad and his group on our next visit to family in the area.

My wife and I stayed here for an extended memorial day weekend. The balcony suite was laid out great. We loved sitting on the private balcony in the mornings with the dogs to enjoy a coffee and some quiet. It was a very short walk to the downtown area that had a lot of great restaurants and a few coffee shops. There was also a park right along the river that was also within walking distance. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely try to book here again!

Hospitality at its finest! VERY clean, cozy place, seems suitable to ALL ages. Great people, price, & place! Very accommodating and humble host! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE & WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN WHEN NEED BE! **note, smells wonderful & meets my OCD standard of clean 😁

This was our second stay at Adventure Acres and this one was better than the first. And the first stay was great as well . We had very comfortable accommodations, and it was mostly quiet. There was the hum of the snowmaking machines at night from the ski resort next door, but we got used to it and it didn't keep us awake. This unit had a fireplace and it made the place very cozy as we stayed in December and January. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space which was way more than a hotel room and the full kitchen and dining area was well stocked with everything you would need. The biggest bonus was that this was way less expensive than staying at a hotel and was much closer to where we wanted to be. Thank you, Chad and Crew!

I throughly enjoy the place. I felt right at home. Lisa was a great host and extremely accommodating. I would recommend this locations to anyone i know looking tk stay in the area.
