Woodland Cabin - Margot Bed & Breakfast

Our cozy cabin comprises of 3 small separate buildings set in private woodland next to a 200 year old poplar tree & a gentle rocky stream clattering in the background. The cabin is essentially off-grid meaning the water comes from the stream originating the “chalambelle” on the Ardeche plateau. There is electricity, hot water, shower, a compost toilet and a wood-burner. It is suitable for 2 people. Breakfast is included and brought to you in the morning. Dinner can also be arranged onsite.

This peaceful accommodation consists of a queen size bed as well as a sofa bed for one person (or 2 children), a beautiful bathroom and a living room/kitchen area. Close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacco...) and 10 minutes from Montélimar. You can also enjoy many hikes.

With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Several walking trails start from the property, two streams run through it, one wide enough for bathing and swimming.

A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
