This place was the perfect getaway. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the wineries this is the place. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back if we come down this way again!

Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Evan's house. The location is great - secluded but not isolated, and not too far from shopping (Wegmans – 15 minutes) and colleges (Ithaca College – 18 minutes). The house was very spacious and tastefully done. For people that like to cook, there is oil, salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard in the kitchen so there's no need to buy or bring them. There were many thoughtful touches, including flashlights by the outside doors, labels by the lights and temperature controls, phone chargers by the beds, and an outside poop bag garbage bin. Our dog really liked running around the property. Evan was super responsive and always got back to me right away.

This was a terrific stay. The hosts communication from beginning to end was as good as can be expected. The home was cozy and well appointed. The property was beautiful and peaceful. 5 stars, will recommend and return again. Thank you!

The Honeycrisp house was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful and very clean, and the views were outstanding.

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a weekend with friends while we attended an outdoor concert at Wayne County Fairgrounds. This definitely hit the mark! Four adults and dog were very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out, and comfortable house overall. Even saw two deer and a fox in the backyard one night! Highly recommend because Kenneth was more than accommodating.

The Villa and its host, Nicki, were excellent and exceeded our expectations. The Villa is set in the middle of a beautiful wine grape vineyard with mountain views -- very memorable. The inside is beautifully decorated with luxury amenities throughout. Nicki was incredibly proactive in her communication and extended our stay to ensure that we were able to maximize our enjoyment. This was one of the most comfortable and relaxing stays we've ever experienced. I highly recommend the Villa and Nicki to anyone, thank you!

This was our third time in Geneva for an HWS reunion and the question of where to stay always gives us pause. Do we stay closer to downtown? Further away on the lake? Nearer the school? Consider the question answered for any future reunion. If Brian will have us, we'd love to stay again. It's minutes from the bars and restaurants of downtown, and a short walk to school. Our favorite part was sitting on the patio in the morning with our Bagels & Cakes bagels, and in the evening with a cocktail. We almost stayed there all night instead of participating in the activities. It is that cozy.

Great cozy place with spacious bedrooms and a beautiful view of the lake; there were plenty of linens and kitchen tools; everything look nice and comfortable. Host is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint would be that there were some areas that were a little dusty, like the window sills and stairs corners/ walls. Overall, my family loved the place and enjoyed their stay and wished we could stay a little longer. We would definitely go back if we have the chance.

The cottage was exactly as pictured—comfortable and cozy. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. It was the perfect setting for the HWS commencement weekend! 💜🧡

A beautiful, tranquil cabin in an ideal location that made it easy to get to both Geneva and the local vineyards. Everything was clean and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. It was a very comfortable retreat for a party of two.

My family enjoyed Minnie's place. The place is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. Easy access to the places we visited. You will hear some noise from the vehicles passing by. Aside from that, everything is good. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

House is as described. Very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay. Neighborhood felt very safe. Short walk to grocery store and pretty walk to the lake and downtown area. Hosts were very responsive and provided helpful input and area recommendations. Would stay there again if our travels brought us back to a Geneva!

Very nice house with excellent location. About 0.8 miles to the heart of town. We are big walkers so we did this multiple times a day with no problem. Mostly there for a wedding so we really were not at the house much other than to sleep and shower. Bedrooms and bathrooms had no issues. Nice washer and dryer that we used once. We only used one glass from the kitchen so hard to comment much on that. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in Lauren’s place. Great starting point to explore the Finger Lakes and the wineries. Very walkable to restaurants and coffee shops.

Stephanie’s place was exactly as pictured/described and just what we needed for a 2 night stay. The space was comfortable, nicely styled and very clean. We arrived late and Stephanie offered to turn on lights and air to make our arrival that much easier and more comfortable. She responded to simple questions quickly and kindly! We definitely recommend and would stay here again should the need arise!!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Geneva. And we visit often. The porches and patios offered ample opportunities for guests to relax without being on top of each other. The bathrooms were plentiful and clean, with helpful amenities. The beds had great sheets - I love real cotton sheets! The location was AWESOME. Loved being able to step out the door directly to the Rosé Soirée. A 5 minute walk from our favorite coffee shop - Monaco’s. And Jane was a very responsive and thoughtful host. We were looking for reasons to come back out and fill up this Airbnb. We hope we get to stay again in the future!

What can I say? The Hilltop Chalet was beautiful! It was private, clean and had everything you could dream of. David and Karen had the best tips and we very responsive. So close to Canandaigua and Naples. Will definitely be back!

As our family has continued to grow, 2 grandchildren now, it has become more and more difficult to find everything we need in a hotel. Plus, for this gathering, I wanted to cook, do some crafts, have a scavenger hunt, watch movies, and there was an outdoor activity. Also, I am very particular about things, I travel a lot and like to stay in 5-star hotels. Grace‘s beautiful house was able to accommodate all of us and allowed us to spend time together and have a blast doing so. There was plenty of space, air conditioners in each room that worked amazingly- we all prefer to be very cold, lots of dishes, pots and pans, cups, etc. in the kitchen, outdoor games and a fire pit, a washer and dryer, and the house was ready for check-in beforehand, but unfortunately I could not get out of work early. On a quiet street, but downtown Geneva isn’t far at all. Would absolutely stay again!

Such a cute, sweet place! Everything is very walkable and there is a lot to do! Located a street away from the colleges, so everything feels very safe! Jordann was a very kind and responsive host. She was very flexible and accommodating: she let us to check in early so we could unpack before our boat day. Geneva was just as we remembered it from college. Thank you, Jordann for the most special stay during our reunion weekend!

My girlfriend and I were in Penn Yan for a wedding. Paulina’s place was in a great location quick drive to downtown and the lake. We were only a single couple but there is plenty of room for two couples; the unit is overall spacious, two large bedrooms, 3/4 bath + additional 1/2 bath. Good value, I would recommend.

Deb and her husband were absolutely hospitable and lovely hosts. as a former air bnb host ourselves, we know what goes into putting together the extra touches to make a stay special. It's clear they love hosting and it shows. beautiful gardens and the house was squeaky clean, even for a clean freak like me!
