It is 10 minutes away from Ashtabula Harbor and less than a mile from the Geneva on the Lake strip. It has a private backyard with fire pit, seating and picnic table. Features a covered front porch to enjoy the lake views. There is deeded shared lake access, but due to erosion in all of GOTL there is no sandy beach. Window AC units
