This 4-room flat is in an ancient farm, with charm, with an exceptional lake view. The flat being on the 1st (big room-American kitchen/dining room-living room with terrace + lounge of 120 square meters and 2nd floors (2 sleeping rooms, about 30 square meter) - access by stairs - the view is even more beautiful. This 1850 countryside farm is at 11 kilometers from Geneva, but accessible by bus number E (stop Anières-village at 2 minutes walk, 23 min. travel). Rentable until 31 March 2026.

Quiet and comfortable small studio in the Servette district. Facing a large park, very close to tram stop 14 and 18, 15 minutes walking distance from the train station, 15 minutes walking distance from the UN. Very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. This space is my home, which I put on Airbnb when I go on vacation. You will find my personal belongings there, which I thank you very much for treating with the utmost care. The apartment has a view of a very calm inner courtyard.
